The Ministry of Education, Republic of China (Taiwan) in an effort
to promote its international “Study in Taiwan”
program, has launched an on-line survey competition, which began
on March 21, 2005 and close on June 10, 2005.
The “Study in Taiwan”
program offers international students the unique opportunity
to study in Taiwan for the purpose of pursuing a formal degree
program, at one of Taiwan's many universities or colleges.
Interested individuals or potential students may
further inquire at the “Study in Taiwan”
official website, http://www.studyintaiwan.org
for more detailed information about Taiwan, the application
process, the information guide to universities/colleges, scholarship
information, or other related and useful information.
To enter the on-line survey
competition, participants must complete 5 on-line surveys regarding
the on-line “Study in Taiwan” website.
Individuals who are teachers, undergraduate or graduate students,
researchers or university administrators in charge of international
affairs and not of Republic of China (Taiwan) nationality, are
welcome to participate in this event.
Five lucky winners will be drawn, by the Minister
of Education, in lottery fashion, from qualified and completed
entries, by the end of June 2005. Winners will receive round-trip
economy class airfare and accommodations during their visit
to Taiwan and tour of Taiwan's universities and colleges. |
